Like other truly creative people, I am not merely the sum of certain skills you can learn about from the facts of my biography.

Who are you when you do what you do?
For me, someone working across multiple fields, understanding my "professional identity" is essential. It’s not about "what you do for a living." It’s about "WHO ARE YOU WHEN YOU DO WHAT YOU DO?" It is a conscious understanding of why and for what purpose you do what you do, and what values you bring to your work.

Identity is shaped over the years.
I have always understood that a position can be changed in a single day, a profession — in a few months or years. But professional identity is shaped over years: through successes, mistakes, doubts, shifts in direction and perspective. It is not a social role chosen once and for all, like a frozen mask. IT IS ALIVE.

This core is who you are in your profession.
It grows, cracks, and rebuilds itself when you encounter new experiences. When you burn out and learn to take care of yourself. When you change fields, but suddenly realize: something inside remains unchanged — YOUR CORE. This core is who you are in your profession.

Identity is not formed in isolation.
It is evident that our professional identity is NOT FORGED IN ISOLATION. At various points in life, people emerge who help us discover and truly recognize this core.
