«Project Management in Cultural Organizations»

Participation in the Continuing Professional Education Program for the «Formula for Good Deeds» project by PJSC «SIBUR Holding».
The program is designed for the professional development of directors, deputy directors, administrators, and other administrative and managerial staff of cultural institutions in the cities where PJSC «SIBUR Holding operates.».

The program was launched by the Faculty of Production at the Moscow Art Theatre School-Studio. As the curator of creative projects, A.G. Kolesnikova, along with her colleagues, conducted online consultations with each participant throughout the project development process. Following the in-person defense of the creative projects, the expert panel selected the top three projects, which were developed under the direct guidance of A.G. Kolesnikova and K.V. Chernyshev and were recommended for funding by PJSC «SIBUR Holding».

The Faculty of Production at the Moscow Art Theatre School-Studio delivered a continuing professional education program in Tomsk. From April 15 to 20, the in-person phase and project defenses took place as part of the continuing professional education program «Project Management in Cultural Organizations.» A.G. Kolesnikova delivered a lecture titled «Museum Exhibition and Project Practices in the Modern Context» and participated in the analysis and review of the creative projects.
Following a competitive selection process, 15 staff members from cultural institutions in cities where SIBUR operates became participants in the program. The geographical reach of the participants is extensive: Tomsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Omsk, Perm, Krasnoyarsk, Gubkinsky, and Kazan.
